GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY KATHERIN MOCCOY

GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY KATHERIN MOCCOY
This article was written as a solution or response to Moccoy’s realization that there was indeed a problem in designer approach to projects. As they were apathetic and barely practiced their right to practice themselves.
Thus, she helped to prove that designers could change the world as she promoted the ideas of using their touch, their voices to prove that they are really capable of social change.

There is a lot of good advertisement tried to send a message and improve the world. For example, Benetton advertisement, which combat racism through proving the importance of soul / heart and not only the color that matters. I think, designers can do a lot of things to convey a message to people and they have the power to change the world if they want. They have many ways to convey a message and solving problems by doing a awareness campaign.
